In 2023, Mr. Rajpal and Amit Singh, the owners of A R Rail Vikas Services Pvt Ltd (AR Rail), embarked on a renovation project for one of their residences in Mumbai. In 2023, the residents of Vishwadharam 10/2 Society in Warje faced frequent disruptions due to the irregular breakdowns of their 14-year-old lifts. Determined to enhance their living standards and ensure the safety of everyone in the building, the society collectively decided to modernize their lifts.

BERLN proposed a comprehensive modernization plan that included replacing the old cabins with stylish stainless steel cabins, installing new Imperformated landing doors, and equipping the lifts with modern Anti-Rescue Devices (ARD) for enhanced safety.
